Hotel Reservation Policy

We require a small deposit of $50 on all hotel reservations, with the remaining balance due 15 days prior to your arrival. If you need to cancel your reservation, as long as you notify us at least 15 days before your arrival, we will refund $35 of your $50 deposit. This ensures flexibility and peace of mind for our valued guests.

Vacation Home, Townhome, and Condo Reservation & Cancellation Policies

For vacation home, townhome, or condo reservations, we require a $50 non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is charged 30 days before your arrival date. This policy ensures your accommodation is secured well in advance, giving you one less thing to worry about.

Property Protection Fee

All vacation homes, townhomes, and condos have a property protection fee charged by the management company overseeing the unit. This fee acts as insurance, covering damages up to $250 during your stay. Please note that this fee is separate from the total price of your reservation and is collected by the property management company.

Pool Heat Arrangements

If you’d like to add pool heating for your vacation home or townhome, arrangements must be made directly with the property management company. While we’re here to assist with your booking, pool heating is managed solely by the property management company.

General Policy

• More than 30 days before arrival: Only the $50 non-refundable deposit will be retained.
• 30 days before arrival: A 2-night refund is available.
• 10 days or less before arrival: No refunds will be issued.

• More than 30 days before arrival: Only the $50 non-refundable deposit will be retained.
• Within 30 days: A 2-night refund is available.
• 1 day before arrival: No refunds will be issued, and the full reservation price will be charged.

Disney World and Attraction Tickets Reservations

You can order Disney World tickets, Universal Studios tickets, and SeaWorld tickets through us. Tickets can either be mailed to you or ready for pickup at your Orlando hotel or vacation home upon arrival.

We recommend ordering your tickets early to lock in current prices. If ticket prices increase, we will notify you via email, giving you the chance to purchase them at the original price.

Theme Park Tickets Cancellation Policy

1. Tickets must not be linked to your personal account or profile.
2. Refunds are not available for used tickets.
3. Refunds depend on whether tickets can be voided with the vendor. This includes tickets for dinner shows and smaller attractions.
4. A 10% cancellation fee applies to all refunds.
