Since we have been managing homes near Disney since 2006, we can confidently say the highest producing resorts are Windsor Hills and Windsor Palms. Their names are similar and both have similar amenities, but Windsor Hills takes the gold with its little splash area and waterslides. There are no resort fees in this community so guests have access to this amazing amenity for free. Guest who do not head to Disney World or Universal Studios every day get to relax at the vacation home in between.
