How to Reserve Your Scout Troop’s Orlando Trip

Deposit Requirements:

• A $500 deposit secures a block of 10 hotel rooms.
• For vacation homes, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required per home.

Cancellation Policy:

• For hotel reservations, cancellations made 45+ days before arrival are eligible for a $300 refund from the $500 deposit.

Final Payments:

• The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. Failure to pay by this date may result in cancellation of your group reservation.
