We offer 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom condo units in Orlando.A condo can sleep 6 guests in a 2 bedroom, 8 guests in a 3 bedroom, and 10 guests in 4-bedroom condo. Please understand this is the maximum number of guests and some condos are set up to where the homeowner my only allow smaller number of guests.We require a $50 non-refundable deposit, and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. We have the lowest and most flexible payment plans of any rental company in Orlando.We require someone 25 years of age or older to register for the vacation condo. We do require an ID to verify the age of the registrant.Yes, service animals are exempt and are permitted by law to stay with their owner in a short-term rental regardless if the home is deemed pet friendly or not.
