Orlando Vacation Booking Reservation & Cancellation Policies
Planning your Orlando vacation is exciting, and we want to make the process as smooth as possible. Below, you'll find all the details about our reservation and cancellation policies for hotels, vacation homes, and attraction tickets. Whether you're booking a family-friendly Orlando hotel or a spacious vacation home near Disney World, our policies are designed to provide transparency and peace of mind.
Hotel Reservations
We require a small $50 deposit to secure your hotel reservation. The remaining balance is due 15 days prior to your arrival, ensuring a stress-free check-in process.
Hotel Cancellations
- If you cancel more than 15 days before arrival, we will refund $35 of the $50 deposit.
- Cancellations made between 5 and 15 days prior to arrival will incur a one-night cancellation fee.
- Reservations canceled within 5 days of arrival will be charged the full price of your stay.
For last-minute bookings, please note that availability may vary. In the rare case your reservation cannot be honored, we will contact you promptly to assist with alternative options, such as our Disney hotel packages or Universal Studios vacation packages.
Vacation Home, Townhome & Condo Reservations
For vacation home reservations, we require a $50 deposit, which is non-refundable, with the balance charged 30 days before arrival. Many of our vacation homes are located conveniently close to Walt Disney World Resort and other top attractions.
Vacation Home Policies
- All vacation homes include a property protection fee of $85, covering damages up to $500. This fee is charged by the property management company and is not included in the initial booking price.
- Pool heating services can be arranged directly with the property management company.
Vacation Home Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival will only forfeit the $50 deposit.
- For cancellations less than 30 days but more than 7 days before arrival, a two-night stay will be charged.
- Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will result in the full cost of the reservation being charged.

We confirm all cancellations via email to the address on file. If you're dissatisfied with your stay, notify us immediately so we can address and resolve the issue promptly. Contacting us during your stay allows us to provide the best possible support.

Theme Park Ticket Reservations
Ordering Orlando theme park tickets in advance ensures availability and peace of mind. We offer tickets for Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld Orlando.
Theme Park Ticket Policies
- Tickets booked with hotel packages will be charged 15 days prior to arrival.
- Tickets booked with vacation home packages will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- If tickets have not been sent yet, they can be refunded with a 10% cancellation fee.
- Once tickets are sent, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
