    • Vacation homes, condos, townhomes: 30 days prior to arrival.

    • Tickets: 30 days prior to arrival.

  • What is your cancellation policy?
    • Notify us 30 days prior for possible hotel deposit refunds. The $50 deposit for vacation homes is nonrefundable.
    • All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable, including expired tickets and those no longer sold.
    • Theme park tickets can be rescheduled in the park’s app, but fees may apply.

  • What if I need to cut my vacation short?
    • Hotels: Check out before 11 am and have the front desk fax us a notice for a refund of unused nights.
    • Vacation homes, condos, townhomes: No refunds for unused nights.

    • No, we do not book air travel.

  • What is the Property Protection Fee?
    • Standard: $85 non-refundable.
    • Mic Mansion: $200 non-refundable. This covers incidental damage, but intentional damage or gross negligence will incur additional costs.

  • Where are your vacation homes located?
    • Within 15 minutes of Walt Disney World®, mostly in Kissimmee and Davenport.

  • What is the difference between Executive and Standard Homes?
    • Executive Homes have better interior décor and professionally designed furnishings, while Standard Homes are more basic.

  • Can I see specific homes before booking?
    • Yes, we show pictures of available homes. Note that specific homes have stricter high season cancellation policies.

  • What amenities are provided in vacation homes?
    • Fully furnished with linens, towels, and stocked kitchens. Bring your own toiletries and food; starter sets of toilet paper and paper towels are provided.

  • Can I get multiple vacation homes in the same neighborhood?
    • Sometimes, but it is highly unlikely.

  • When will I know which vacation home I will occupy?
    • You will be informed at least three days prior to arrival.

  • Do I need pool heat in my vacation home?
    • Pool heat is recommended in December, January, February, and March, costing $35 a day. The heater may shut off if the temperature drops below 55 degrees.

  • Can I get a refund for unused nights in vacation homes?
    • No, we do not refund unused nights in vacation homes, townhomes, or condos.

  • How do I handle emergencies during my stay?
    • Contact the specific management company listed at the top of your confirmation letter.

  • What happens if ticket prices go up after I order?
    • We will contact you to offer the old rate if ticket prices increase before your travel date.

  • How is the pricing structured?
    • Prices are per person, based on 2 adults and 2 children. Rates may vary depending on the number of people and arrival dates.

  • Are there fees for tickets?
    • Yes, Walt Disney World® tickets incur a $10 service fee. Other attraction tickets can be emailed as vouchers or barcodes.

  • What is the travel protection program?
    • Cost: $39 plus tax.
    • Allows more flexible cancellation policies.
    • For hotels: Cancel up to 72 business hours prior for a refund minus the protection fee and deposit.
