Returns and Refunds Policy

Booking Policy for Hotels:

  • A $50 deposit is required to make a hotel reservation. Final payment is due 15 days prior to arrival.

  • Reservations made within 15 days of arrival will require the remaining balance to be charged in full at the time of booking.

  • Reservations made more than 15 days before arrival will require a $50 deposit, with the remaining balance charged 15 days prior to arrival. If there are issues processing the final charge, we will contact you to update your payment information.

Hotel Reservation Cancellation:

  • Before 16 Days Prior to Arrival: Call us at 1-800-641-4008 or email info@orlandovacation.com to cancel. A $35 refund will be issued from the $50 deposit (a $15 cancellation fee applies).

  • 15 to 8 Days Prior to Arrival: A one-night cancellation penalty will apply.

  • Within 7 Days of Arrival: No refunds are issued.

Booking Policy for Vacation Homes:

  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to make a vacation home reservation. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

  • Reservations made within 30 days of arrival will require the remaining balance to be charged in full at the time of booking.

  • Reservations made more than 30 days before arrival will require a $50 deposit, with the remaining balance charged 30 days prior to arrival. If there are issues processing the final charge, we will contact you to update your payment information.

Vacation Home Reservation Cancellation:

  • Before 31 Days Prior to Arrival: Call us at 1-800-641-4008 or email info@orlandovacation.com to cancel without further penalties.

  • 30 to 20 Days Prior to Arrival: A two-night cancellation penalty will apply.

  • Within 20 Days of Arrival: No refunds are issued.

Booking Policy for Theme Park Tickets:

  • Payment in full is required at the time of checkout for theme park ticket purchases.

  • Tickets are emailed to the address provided during purchase. Universal Studios tickets are emailed immediately; all other tickets are fulfilled manually during customer service hours.

Extra Security Measures for Theme Park Tickets:

  • Orders flagged for potential fraud will require identity verification before tickets are emailed. A link for verification will be sent via email.

Theme Park Ticket Cancellations:

  • Cancellations incur a 10% restocking fee.

  • Disney tickets linked to a MyDisneyExperience account cannot be voided or refunded.

  • SeaWorld tickets or smaller attraction tickets that have been emailed cannot be refunded.

  • Used tickets are non-refundable. For example, unused days on a multi-day ticket cannot be refunded.

Reservation Policy for Packages (Theme Park Tickets and Lodging Combined):

  • Hotel Packages: Full payment is required 15 days before arrival.

  • Vacation Home Packages: Full payment is required 30 days before arrival.

Returns:

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

  • Theme park or dinner show tickets cannot be returned once used or linked to an account.

Changing Dates:

  • Theme Park Tickets: Changes can be made directly with the theme park by contacting guest services. Price differences for higher-priced dates must be paid at guest services.

  • Lodging: Date changes can be facilitated by us for a $20 fee.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:

  • For merchandise shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of returned items. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@orlandovacation.com.
