Bookings Equal Rental Income

Most property managers in Orlando are going to advertise your vacation home on VRBO, Expedia, Hotels.com, HomeAway, Airbnb, and similar sites. Now don’t get me wrong these are all great places to advertise your home, and they do produce bookings. In fact, we will also put your vacation home on these sites as well and many, many more. In fact, we list our vacation homes on over 36 different sites.

What separates us from other management companies is that are also a marketing company. We started marketing hotels here in Orlando in 1993, and we still work with 117 different hotels. Each one of these hotel properties is its largest or second-largest wholesaler.

Orlandovacation.com takes a lot of pride in our customer service. We are here to help. Orlandovacation.com takes a lot of pride in our customer service. We are here to help.

Here are 7 reasons why we will get you more bookings:

1. More potential guests looking at your property

Not only are we going to put your vacation home on all the national brands we are also going to be advertising your home on our network of affiliates as well. Currently our website, orlandovacation.com, receives over 11,000 unique visitors each and every day.

2. We stay open later to service guests:

I ask you to call your current property manager at 5:30pm. I bet you will get their after-hours voicemail. Not here, our call center is open from 8am to 9pm Monday through Friday, and we are open from 8am to 5pm on Saturdays. In fact, did you know most of our calls come in at night? It’s true, we staff our call center more heavily at night so we can service all the calls the other property managers are too lazy to take.

3. Theme Park Tickets

Most guests who call us are looking for a package deal…theme park tickets with lodging. Last year, we sold over $17,000,000 worth of theme park tickets, this placed us number 2 Disney World and Universal Ticket seller in the United States. We us our tickets as the lost leader to get guests to stay in our vacation homes and hotels.

4. More Affiliates means more bookings

We have a network of over 500 different affiliates. We have more than anyone in this market. How do we have so many…simple, we offer our affiliates an opportunity to make money on theme park tickets, lodging, and phone calls generated. Since we are the only company in Orlando that offers affiliates an opportunity to make money on multiple products, we become a one stop shop for their vacation revenue stream. Our affiliates in 2019, on average generated around 5000 unique visitors each and every day.

5. Payment Plans

The number one request from the millennial age group is payment plans. We are the only company outside of Disney and Universal that offer our guest the option to set-up a payment plan to pay for their vacation. We try and make it easy for guest to do business with us, and the easier and hassle free you are to work with the more business you will receive. This means more bookings in our vacation homes!

6. Email Newsletters

We have been collecting emails since 2003 and currently our email marketing list is over 450,000 strong. We mainly get our emails from past customers, guests who called and asked for a quote from us, or from our monthly giveaways. We send everyone on our marketing email campaign an email monthly. Then we scrub all the bad emails from our system so our campaign list our always kept clean.

7. Our People

Our best asset here at OrlandoVacation.com is our people. We have some of the best call center reps in the world and most of them have been with me for a long time. In fact, Arlette has been with me for over 17 years. It is this experience that is invaluable. As you can see, we are extremely active with our marketing efforts. We would love to have the opportunity to manage and market your vacation home. Last year, we did not have one vacation home occupied less than 220 nights and our average vacation home was occupied 248 nights annually…that is over 20 nights a month!
