Upon arriving at Islands of Adventure, make your way directly to Guest Services, located just inside the park entrance (a walk-up window location is also available just outside the gates should you arrive prior to park opening). Describe the nature of your disability and necessary accommodations to the Guest Services Team Member, and he or she will provide you with assistance and information. Assistive listening and closed captioning devices are available here.

*Tip* Be sure to request the Rider’s Guide for Rider Safety and Guests with Disabilities, or download it from universalorlando.com prior to your visit. The guide contains a wealth of attraction-specific information.

*Tip* Service animals are permitted throughout the property. Ask at Guest Services for the locations and procedures of service animal break areas.

*Tip* Service animals are not permitted on certain attractions due to safety restrictions. At those attractions, procedures are in place for the service animal to wait while you enjoy the ride. Ask at each attraction for details, as procedures may vary. Generally, a member of your party must wait with the animal.

*Tip* Most shows offer sign language interpretation during certain performances. Please consult a park map for show times.

The park consists of a series of islands, each with its own distinct theme. The islands are: Port of Entry, Marvel Super Hero Island, Toon Lagoon, Jurassic Park, The Lost Continent, and Seuss Landing.Themed as a base camp village, from which one will depart for lands unknown, this park entrance area sets the tone for the adventures which follow.*Tip* This is an excellent place to get breakfast before beginning your day.Thrills and chills reign supreme here, as Gotham comes to life with an array of attractions starring your favorite Marvel Super Heroes and Villains.*Tip* Due to safety restrictions, service animals may not board The Incredible Hulk Coaster or Doctor Doom’s Fearfall. *Tip* Assistive listening is available for The Amazing Adventures of Spiderman.This extremely wet area brings the Sunday funnies to life.
