Thank you for considering a stay with Fairways Florida Villas. We are a professional property management company that is family-run and established for over 15 years. We care for 80+ homes in the Orlando area and strive to uphold high standards of cleaning and maintenance. In return, we ask guests to respect the home for the enjoyment of all. If you would like pool/spa heat, please request this in advance - heating is $30 per day (3 day min), although may be discounted for longer stays. Guests use pool at own risk. The property is within a HOA-managed community which ensures a high standard environment. Any HOA rules or resulting violation fines will be the responsibility of the guest. Key considerations are excessive noise after 10pm and parking - please use the driveway or parking spaces on the street - no parking on grass or blocking the sidewalk / mailboxes at any time. Please speak with us before sending mail to the home, as not all properties are set up to receive from USPS. No pets or smoking inside is permitted - guests will be charged an additional clean fee to cover additional cleaning costs. We ask guests to report any maintenance items and we reserve the right to enter for resolving urgent items. Issues reported after departure will not be compensated. The person making the booking must be 25 years of age or over. The home is self-catered (your own groceries/supplies are required) although we do leave some complimentary welcome items (dishsoap, cloth, dishwasher tab, trash bag, coffee/tea pack, a toilet roll and soap bar per bathroom) for an easy arrival. Please advise if a late checkout is required at least 48 hours in advance. If possible, a $45 amount is due. Unauthorized late checkouts will be billed where the cleaner arrives but cannot clean.
