Is an Orlando Vacation Rental Home Right for You? Take This Quiz!
As you plan your trip to Orlando you need to figure out exactly where you and your family will stay. The first step is to narrow down the type of accommodations available to you. For some families a resort works best, while others can benefit from renting a vacation home. Take a look at these simple questions and their explanations to see what’s right for your family.
How many people are in your party?
You may think that Orlando vacation homes are only the right choice for large groups, but that’s simply not the case. While it’s true that some of these homes have up to eight bedrooms and are certainly great options for larger groups, it’s also true that some have only two bedrooms and are perfect for smaller families, too! Just because you’re a smaller group, that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be able to enjoy the privacy and amenities that come along with staying in one of these homes.
How important is privacy to you?
If privacy is a priority, then a vacation home is the way to go. This works two ways. First of all, if you want everyone in your party to have privacy, then you’ll love having an entire home. You can choose up to eight bedrooms which gives everyone their own space to retire to at night. It also means that if you put the kids to bed early you can relax in the living room. In a hotel room, you’re stuck keeping the lights off and your voices low.
The other aspect of privacy is the lack of people in common areas. Resorts can be bustling and fighting for the elevator in the morning can be a mess, or trying to swim with hundreds of others. When you have your own home you can simply spend time with the people you’re traveling with and enjoy yourselves!
Is a pool a necessity?
One of the misconceptions people often have is that if they rent a vacation home they’re giving up their pool and Jacuzzi. The truth is that you choose the home you’ll be staying in, and you can choose a home with a private pool and spa. Imagine how nice it will be to not have to pay attention to the hours of a pool or have to navigate tons of people during the hottest times of the day.
