Spotlight on Universal's Superstar Parade

Universal’s new Superstar Parade is a smash hit with kids—if you’re traveling with a preschooler or elementary school aged child, you won’t want to miss the new parade. Performers are energetic, the music is fun and some of your favorite characters from Universal television and movies are on hand to play.

Expect to see the following characters when you watch the Superstar Parade:

Who lives in a pineapple under the sea? SpongeBob Square pants, of course! You’ll spot SpongeBob and his under the sea friends, complete with a giant pineapple as they motor down the street.

Expect to see the cast of Hop perform on foot or on a float during the parade – there’s a drum corps, dancers, chicks and more from the movie, along with plenty of upbeat, energetic music.

Nick Junior fans will love the Dora the Explorer section of the parade, which features stilt-walkers, acrobats and dancers, along with Dora, Diego and their sidekicks.

Get Boogie Fever with the Minions from Despicable Me—you’ll spot minions, Gru, Vector and more as they dance down the street. Minion Mayhem will be opening soon, so this segment is a nice sneak peek of things to come at Universal Orlando.
