What To Do in Orlando in May

The weather is starting to heat up, and fun and excitement are around every corner in Orlando. Aside from the parks, we have a calendar full of events you can take part in.Epcot's Flower, Garden & Wine Festival
In an earlier blog, we highlighted Epcot's Flower, Garden & Wine festival. You don’t have to worry about missing it, because it continues until July 5th, 2021. So grab your Epcot tickets and head over to Walt Disney World to grab a taste of wines and foods from around the world. There’s plenty of attractions and fun for the kids to do as well, which makes this event a family-friendly activity you don’t want to miss.SeaWorld Seven Seas Festival
We also talked about SeaWorld Seven Seas Festival, and you can still get in on that until May 9th. A 10 item food and brew package is just $50 and a 15 item is just $65. Plus you can take in all the marine life and attractions that Seaworld has to offer, from its playful dolphins to its stingray exhibit where you can pet actual stingrays.Sunset Walk
Sunset Walk is one of our favorite places to highlight, as they always have car shows, live entertainment, and special events going on every month.Below is a list of some of the events taking place there this month.
-Show Car Saturday Nights – 4-10 pm
Every Saturday, vintage cars from 1987 or earlier line up to share the love for these classic beauties. There’s a live DJ and party atmosphere too, followed by live music.-Car & Truck Show – Sunday, May 9th, 2021 – 11 am to 2 pm
Classic cars and truck collectors from all eras showcase their vehicles. DJ Don pumps out classic rock music-Sunset Live – Fridays & Saturdays – 7-11 pm
Head to Promenade Plaza Stage for regional bands every Friday and Saturday from 6 pm to 9 pm-The Market at The Promenade at Sunset Walk
– Saturdays – 11:30 am – 3:30 pm featuring local Craft and Specialty Vendors from across Central Florida.Sip and Stroll at Pioneer Village
A unique event taking place this month is Sip and Stroll at Pioneer Village, while this event takes place in May Day (May 1st) this is a great event to attend yearly to get some history and enjoy an authentic pioneer village.Don’t forget that it’s blueberry season as well, and many local farms are offering blueberry picking at a great price!
