The fee to obtain a Florida marriage license is $93.50 for those out of state, or $61 if both the bride and groom are Florida residents and if they both attend a premarital prep course. There isn’t a waiting period for non-Florida residents to get their marriage license. Once it’s issued it’s valid for 60 days and is good in the state of Florida only. Choosing a Location
Choosing a location for the wedding isn’t as simple as deciding you want to do it at Disney. You’ll also need to find the right venue. There are many options, including Disney’s Wedding Pavilion, which is a nondenominational chapel with room for up to 300 guests. Disney Cruise Lines offer Weddings at Sea, but these can be hard to organize with a large group. There are tons of ways to personalize your wedding too, including a ride in Cinderella’s glass coach or a vintage Rolls-Royce.
