Test Track Epcot

If you are into cars and their design or just need a fun family ride that all ages can enjoy the Test Track at Epcot is the perfect fit.

This test track is located in World Discovery area of EPCOT. If you are not familiar with this area it is formerly known as Future World East and it is located near the main entrance to the park. This is a great first ride or the day or one you might want to hit on your way out. 

Test Track closed in 2024 for renovation and it is set to re-open in the Summer of 2025.
Riders get to stroll through the state of the art facility and design their own virtual custom concept car based on the criteria of handling, maneuverability, fuel-saving and environmentally friendly and of course speed. Then climb into the 6 person test car and take it for a test around the track to see just how it will do.

Your design will through the straight-aways and hit a peak speed of 65mph and also maneuver switchbacks through inclement weather, hug curves banked at 50-degree angles and scale hills that are up to 3-stories high!

This one mile long ride is one that can be enjoyed by almost everyone in the family and is a great ride for those who dream of designing their own custom cars.
