Disney World's New Merriest Christmas Event

What's Disney Very Merriest After Hours?

Disney's Very Merriest After Hours is expected to be a fusion of two events that existed prior to the 2020 closing/reopening phase: Magic Kingdom After Hours and Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party.

The "After Hours" event at Disney World allows guests to enter the park and select "After Hours" attractions; this means four hours after Magic Kingdom Park's normal opening hours. After the park closes, access to attractions is limited to ticketed visitors.

Disney's Very Merriest After Hours runs from November 8 through December 21, 2021, on select nights:

    November: 8, 9, 11, 12, 14, 16, 18, 19, 21, 23, 28, 30

    December: 2, 3, 5, 7, 9, 10, 12, 14, 16, 17, 19, 21

The party takes place from 9:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., which means it may not be suitable for your little one.

Disney Very Merriest after Hours beverages and food?

Nothing says "holiday season" without the delicious themed food and drinks available for purchase. Like all After Hours events, ice cream, popcorn, and packaged drinks, as well as seasonal items, are free. But save space: you can also buy specialties drinks and food!

Already Sold Out?

Just like Disney's Boo Bash, if they stated on their website they were sold out for this after-hours event, you can check with guest services as they often hold extra tickets from the public just in case they need to sell some last minute. This may come at a higher cost, however, if you don't plan in advance.
