Disney Releases Dates and Performers for Nights of Joy 2012
If you love contemporary Christian music and Disney, you won;t want to miss the Nights of Joy in the Magic Kingdom on September 7 and 8, 2012. This annual event draws music lovers from all over the world and features some of the hottest contemporary Christian groups around.
Disney has recently released more details about his year's event, including a list of performers you can expect to see in the park that night.
2012 Night of Joy Musical Guests:
Friday, September 7, 2012
This event begins in the afternoon and requires a special ticket. Select attractions in the Magic Kingdom will be open all evening, so in addition to great music, you can also get to enjoy your favorite rides and attractions without waiting in long lines.
This is a popular event, so you should book your tickets well in advance. Nights of Joy at the Magic Kingdom are family friendly, with great music and fellowship, and a fun introduction to live music for younger kids and teens.
Expect to pay just over $50 for one night or about $95 for both nights if you purchase your tickets in advance -- if you wait until the night of the event, you will pay about 20% more for your tickets -- and you may miss out on the event entirely if it is sold out.
If you are not attending this event, then you should choose another theme park destination for the evenings of September 7 and 8, since the Magic Kingdom will close early to host the Night of Joy.
